đŸ„• June in the vegetable garden: sow, plant... harvest!

June is ideal for direct sowing heat-loving vegetables into open ground. The soil is warm, and nights are mild: your seedlings will have everything they need for a good start.

Sow now:

  • Zucchini
  • Cucumbers
  • Beans
  • Beets
  • Carrots
  • Chicory
  • Lettuce
  • Turnips
  • Parsley
  • Leeks
  • Peas
  • Radishes

Before sowing, loosen the soil well and add some compost or organic fertilizer to stimulate germination and growth.

Plant in the garden:
Summer and autumn vegetable plants can still be set out:

  • Tomatoes
  • Peppers
  • Eggplants
  • Squash
  • Cucumbers (as plants)

Respect planting distances so that each plant has enough light, air, and space to develop.

đŸŒ± To go further: enrich the soil with a natural long-lasting fertilizer, such as our FertilaineÂź sheep wool-based fertilizer, which stimulates growth, improves soil structure, and reduces watering needs.
