I have some wool, do you want it?
Currently, we only collect wool from our partner breeders within a 25km radius of the family farm. We will not collect beyond this radius.
Where does sheep's wool come from?
100% of the wool used for our fertilizer comes from Aveyron (12) and within a 20-kilometer radius of our family farm.
Why are sheep shorn? Are they well treated?
Sheep are shorn once a year in spring for their well-being.

Why isn't wool used for textile manufacturing?
Today, over 95% of French wool is unused. It's considered waste because, until 2020 and the COVID-19 crisis, 80% of national wool was exported to China. But also because the entire wool industry in the regions has been neglected for decades.
How long does fertilaine last?
Fertilaine fertilizer acts on your plants gradually for over 6 months.
The water-retaining effect lasts for a minimum of 3 months before the wool completely decomposes in the soil
Are Fertilaine pellets dangerous for my pet
No danger for your dog or cat. The smell might intrigue them, but there is no danger if they ingest a pellet.
Will my house smell like sheep?
No, there is no inconvenience because the wool pellets are to be mixed into your pot or into the garden soil.
The delivery of my order
What are the delivery times for my order? How can I track my order?
In metropolitan France, your order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, depending on your chosen shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, it is entirely possible to order from abroad. You will need to opt for Colissimo home delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
- If the order has been shipped, you have 14 days (from the date of receipt of your products) to cancel your order and return it to us.
- If the order has not been shipped, please contact us directly via the form at the bottom of the page or via the following address: contact@fertilaine.com.
Storage and preservation
Where and how should I store my Fertilaine package?
Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
Make sure to close the bag tightly after each use. If the pellets come into contact with ambient moisture, they will swell and break apart. This does not alter fertilaine's fertilizing properties.
How long can I keep my ball of fertilaine?
If the package is well sealed and the pellets haven't absorbed moisture, you can keep your packages for up to 5 years. Not bad, right?!
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
Please contact us or log in to your account and click on "return my products".
You have 14 days (from the date of receipt of your products) to cancel your order and return them to us.
We will send you a return label; the cost of the return will be at your expense and deducted from your refund.
My package is damaged, what should I do?
Contact us directly using the form on the website or via contact@fertilaine.com. Send us a photo of the damage and we will respond within 24 hours.
